Cancellation Policy

1. INTRODUCTION These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services, facilities, and training provided by AOS Jiujitsu ("Gym", "we", "us", or "our") to all members, visitors, and guests ("you", "your", or "Member"). By signing up for classes, using our facilities, or participating in any activities at our premises, you agree to abide by this Agreement. 2. MEMBERSHIP 2.1 Eligibility Members must be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18. 2.2 Fees and Payments Membership fees are billed as per the website rates and are subject to change with [30] days' notice. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership. 2.3 Cancellations and Refunds Memberships may be cancelled with [30 days’] written notice. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of memberships unless required by law. 3. CODE OF CONDUCT All members must: Treat instructors and fellow members with respect. Maintain proper hygiene. Wear clean, appropriate attire each class (e.g., gi, rash guard). Follow the instructions of staff and coaches at all times. Refrain from any aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in suspension or permanent expulsion from the gym without refund. 4. FACILITY USAGE The Gym reserves the right to modify class schedules, close the facility for maintenance, or restrict access during special events. Notice will be provided when possible. 5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER 5.1 Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and related activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: bruises, strains, sprains, broken bones, head injuries, and other serious injuries or conditions, including death. You voluntarily assume all such risks. 5.2 Medical Clearance You affirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in strenuous physical activity. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary medical clearances. ​ 5.3 Waiver and Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive, release, and discharge AOS Jiujitsu, its holding company, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in any activities at the Gym or sponsored events, including claims arising from the
